What are Pelletin and NuryGuard?

Pelletin is a natural glue that binds feed ingredients and additives together to produce cost-effective livestock compound feed pellets with enhanced durability and strength. The combined anti-caking and dispersing properties promote mixing uniformity and homogenous blending of all feed ingredients.

Pelletin Aqua is designed to ensure aqua feed pellets conform to the functional requirements which match the feeding habits of the targeted species. Apart from pellet durability, other properties such as bulk density, settling speed and water stability can be carefully controlled during production to ensure enhanced animal performance.

NuryGuard is used as a complimentary carrier medium for commercial acidifiers such as propionic, formic, citric and lactic acid and blends.

Product benefits

Pelletin and Pelletin Aqua enhance manufacturing productivity and energy efficiency by providing a lubricating effect, reducing wear and tear, and minimizing the need for re-processing fines.

Pelletin Aqua enhances the water stability of aqua feed pellets, which will ensure pellets remain intact long enough to be fully consumed, thereby improving feed conversion ratios (FCR) and reducing water pollution.

NuryGuard, when blended with commercial organic acids, greatly reduces the corrosivity of the acidifiers without compromising their antimicrobial properties.
